Simple rules for using IndianChat.xyz. By chatting here, you agree to these terms.

                        Quick Version: Be 18+, be nice, don't spam, don't share illegal stuff, and don't give out personal info. That's basically it.
                    

1. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to use IndianChat.xyz. This is an adult chat platform. If you're under 18, please leave now.

2. Be Respectful

Treat everyone with respect. No harassment, hate speech, racism, sexism, or personal attacks. We're here to chat and make friends, not fight.

3. No Spam

Don't flood the chat with repetitive messages, excessive caps, or unsolicited links. Don't advertise other sites or services without permission.

4. Keep It Clean

No sexually explicit content, nudity, or sexual harassment. No grooming or predatory behavior. This is a friendly chat space, not a dating or hookup site.

5. No Illegal Stuff

Don't discuss, promote, or share anything illegal — drugs, fraud, hacking, violence, etc. We will report serious illegal activity to authorities.

6. Protect Your Privacy

Never share: your real name, address, phone number, email, financial info, or passwords in chat. We cloak IPs, but we can't protect you from yourself. Stay safe.

7. No Impersonation

Don't pretend to be moderators, admins, or other users. Don't spread fake information about the site or its staff.

8. Moderators Have Final Say

Our moderators enforce these rules. They can warn, mute, kick, or ban users as needed. Their decisions are final. Don't argue with mods — use support@indianchat.xyz if you have a real issue.

9. We Don't Guarantee Anything

IndianChat.xyz is provided "as is." We try to keep things running smoothly, but we can't promise 100% uptime or perfect safety. Use at your own risk. We're not liable for anything that happens here.

10. Changes

We may update these terms anytime. Check this page occasionally. Continuing to use the site means you accept the latest terms.

Violating these rules can get you banned temporarily or permanently, depending on severity. Serious violations (illegal content, threats, exploitation) will result in an instant permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement.
